Application Requirements, Please read and include all needed info

The application proccess is very simple here. But, it is very important as well. The main article we want to stress for applicants is to read the mission statement. We want all applicants to agree with and desire the same things that are posted there. We are striving to have this LS built with the ideals that this can be fun and respectful and will strive to reach it, and we want people who desire to see the same thing.

Application Essentials

1) Job lvl/lvls - Must be high enough to be useful on HNM fights. (73+)
Also indincate Relevant Subjobs - (NIN/drk, PLD/nin, RDM/drk, etc)

2) Any crafts and their lvls that you are working on.

3) Sky status (Require sky Access )

4) CoP ( Require Sea Access )

5) ToA (Asault Rank?, Mission # and Runic Portal Access) (Require Rank 5 Corporal)

6) HNM experience

7) Previous HNMLS's?

8 ) Applicable Gear for your jobs and relevant merits?

9) Time available to be online for events as well as general playtime - please look at the schedule below and confirm whether you are on during event times. Please try to be specific, i.e. "I play a lot" doesn't tell us much.

10) What your goals are for the end game experience

11) Please indicate whether you're interested in doing limbus, and salvage with Equilibrium. Dynamis and Einherjar are ls events, and if you apply here you are expected to do them with Equilibrium.

12) That you have read the post "Things to know about Equilibrium" and want to be a part of what we are trying to make here - IMPORTANT!

13) Why you wish to join Equilibrium?

14) If you are transferring from another Server. Please include the server you came from, your name on that server (if you changed it) and the reason for you changing servers. If you are not cross server applicant please just exclude 14) from your application.


*We do not accept applicants that are currently in another HNM/sky LS.*


All applications will be reviewed by the Officer's and the Members of this LS and you will be contacted in game regarding your status within 3-5 days. I encourage all jobs to apply. No one will be turned away because they "didn't lvl the right job". The main thing we want is a willingness to cooperate and help everyone achieve their end game goals. We look forward to reading your application!


To post application, create a new topic and leave the information specified here. The applications will be moved to a private Member Area to be viewed, discussed, and decided on promptly by LS members.

~~Additional Info~~

1) Basic schedule is:

Monday: 8pm Event
Tuesday Limbus 8pm/Einherjar 10pm
Wednesday: 8pm Dynamis(sometimes event instead)
Thursday: 8pm Event
Friday: Free Day - Optional Events at 8 if People choose
Saturday: Limbus 6pm - 8 pm Einherjar / Optional Events after if people choose
Sunday: 2pm Dynamis / 7 pm Salvage

Members within the linkshell do alot of Salvage in free time and go more than whats listed above. Sometimes we will go on free days or after events depending on what people feel like though its not mandatory that people go.

Events currently have no fixed end time, but many of us need to log around 11pm est, so 3 hours is a general length. Some times they go longer when people want to stay, but it's not mandatory.

We try not to be strict about things, but if you are online during event times, you should be at the event.

2) A new member is on probationary status for 2 weeks. The point of this time is to get to know our members and for us to get to know you. I would strongly encourage people to keep Equilibrium pearl on as much as possible during this time. Your lotting priority is lowered, but only for the couple weeks. Officers reserve the right to extend probation due to things like low attendance, etc, but it is very rare that we do it.

3) Once your 2 weeks are up and you are accepted, you are a full member and you willl be given lotting rights. The linkshell has different systems in place for things such as limbus, einherjar, salvage, dynamis, etc with some officer discretion. People that put in more time and effort are rewarded accordingly, but we put great effort into keeping things fair.

4) Sea is a big part of our schedule. If you are accepted into the LS without sea access, it is expected that you will make an effort to get sea as soon as possible. Members will help you, but you need to take the initiative and make it happen.

5) When you apply please copy and post the set of questions we ask with your filled out answers. I also encourage all people to put some time into their applications and be creative.

6) As far as loot distribution is concerned: Things such as Limbus/Dynamis work on a point based type of system. Salvage works on a independent system based on your three most desirable pieces. Everything outside of that is based on officer decision. We try to look to look at all sorts of factors to make the best decisions for the linkshell while trying to maintain a fair atmosphere.
